Our team is committed to supporting customers with dependable equipment and warranty coverage designed to protect the original user against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

For the benefit of the original user, Van Stone Conveyor Inc. warrants that all new equipment manufactured by Van Stone Conveyor Inc. will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Van Stone Conveyor Inc. will repair or replace, at its factories or another location designated by the company, any part or parts returned to Van Stone Conveyor that the company’s examination determines have failed under normal use and service by the original user within the warranty period.

Warranty Period

This warranty applies for:

One (1) year following the initial shipment to the purchaser.

Warranty service is limited to the repair or replacement of qualifying defective parts as determined by Van Stone Conveyor Inc.

Warranty Claims

Van Stone Conveyor Inc.’s warranty obligation is conditioned upon receiving prompt notice of claimed defects.

Warranty claims must be submitted no later than:

Thirty (30) days following the expiration of the one-year warranty period.

Returned parts may be required for inspection to determine whether they qualify under this warranty.

Replacement of Wear Items

Certain items are considered consumable components and are normally replaced as part of regular maintenance.

Examples include:

• Conveyor belts
• Similar consumable components

Repair or replacement of these items is not covered as a full warranty replacement. Instead, such replacements may be subject to a prorated charge based on Van Stone Conveyor Inc.’s estimate of the percentage of normal service life already realized from the part.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to equipment or parts that have been:

• Altered or repaired outside of the Van Stone Conveyor Inc. factory
• Damaged due to improper installation or application
• Subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident

Van Stone Conveyor Inc. is also not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Contingent damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Expenses resulting from partial or complete inoperability of the equipment for any reason

Third-Party Components

Van Stone Conveyor Inc. does not provide warranties for parts, accessories, or components manufactured by other companies.

Any warranty coverage for third-party components is limited to the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to equipment manufactured or sold by Van Stone Conveyor Inc.

This warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, whether written, oral, express, implied, or statutory.

Van Stone Conveyor Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume any additional liabilities regarding its equipment.
